than it....it depends on your gender. if you are male its not correct marry with older lady. it right if u are female. because girls mentally bit metured than boys. and boys are not...i am also unmarried woman, elder than you can understand and handle each thing easily, she can help you in future and can take better care of your OWN family....The gap is not awkward one but will be good for introvert girl

ki zariirat padti hai. Its not that ki girls dont want to do ghar ka kaam its just that they dont want to do only ghar ka kaam.They are highly educated and self dependent and would like to ulitlise.cheeeeeeeee...ek padi likhi ladki ko ghar ke kaam me use nahi karna chahiye becoz they will give higher output in jobs...Our society is conglomeration of good and bad people.
