dis is a very common situation wid mostof the guy....c tehre r very own pros n cons of the situation...!!!!! in this case,if u say ur feelings 2 her, den u myt get her....or u cn even loose her....actually u need 2 figure out dat does she treat u as her frnd or if she also hs feelings 4 u....!!!!
try 2 find wether she also hs feeelings 4 u or not...!!!!! ask her dat wt kinda guy does she want.....try 2 ask dat wt qualities does she look in a man...!!!nnd chk if dose qualities r in u or not....!!! it cn get very clear frma a gal's behaviour dat wether she is intrstd in u or not....!!!!

Yaaar propose her only if you think she also likes you...
You can ask her frnd that whether she likes you or you can guess it with her habbits....Good frnds often fall in love with each other unless they are committed...
So just check whether she loves some one else...If she doesn't love anyone else then do propose her dn't be scared as if she is ur good frnd she will never break ur frndship she wd may be refuse u now but later on if u r true with ur luv she wd for sure understand u and accept u..
So have patience and confirm first whether she really like you or not...
If u are scared to propose her then propose her through her friend or trough mail or letter or sms,...

My dear Sunil, jab aapne pyar karne ki gustakhi kar hi lii, to phir darna kya. This heart knew no bound whether she is your best friend or the most hateable enemy. When it comes to love there is no boundry involved in it, except that sweet little feeling from the bottom of your heart. So you need to muster enough courage to tell her about your feelings, speak your heart out. I am sure if you are really in true love with her, she must oblige. Again, your feelings need to be expressed to her immediately, before late than never. Another important aspect of such a tricky situation is, that love can not be one sided, she need to reciprocate before love becomes complete. Don't try to impress her- just be yourself. support her in everything she does. Well, there are many ways how to impress a girl. Each girl get impress by a different way than another. Every girl is different. So it really depends on how the girl is. Just being a gentleman and showing that you care about more than just hooking up with a girl. And doing small little things like bringing a girl flowers, or something cute like that means a lot more than you think. Just being sweet will propose her. Good luck!

u should go n tell her.... c my frnd if u will think like that k kahi usse kho na du....we are just frnds...wt she will think abt me...to zindagi bhar sochta hi rahega....or koi or bich me aakar baazi maar lega....like mere yaar ki shadi hai (movie)....u should atleast let her know abt it...if she is thinking the same then everything will be fine..else u will be frnds as u r frnds now....if u will tell her to shayad u will get her...agar nahi batayega then u wont get her...so its as simple as that go and let her know abt it....let her decide wt to do.... :)
