Give him some company so that he is able to forget the grief of parting with his gf. There are ways by which time heals a grave shock to the heart. However, they are temporary ... and your friend should be able to maintain normal life within some time.

Try to be with him and asked him not to worry and he will get better girl who loves him. Tell him in many cases such thing happen. But be careful while trying to control his feeling and asking to forget him about his GF you may fall in his love, such things happen many time. So be in control yourself.

Everyone has to deal with things in life. I think the best way for him is to meet this female and talk to her. Hear and accept face to face her decision not to get married to her. This meeting should be arranged on one to one basis in presence of one or two close friends from both the sides. Let this guy get his certificate of failure from this female and he will understand its all over and get on with his life. Trust me this works. It worked for my friend. But all this under close supervision of close friends , one or two from both sides.

Hi Shabnam,

How are you my friend ?? So another X girl friend marriage pain ... tell me when she is her X ... and he let her go ... then why he is upset now ... seems to me that he is recalling their old days memories. So I think this guy is really an Idiot and wasting his time as well as making you upset as well. Shabnam ... one year gap is not a short one ...

But after all you are friend of him ... so just take him to his fav place ... spend good time with him ... get dvd of his fav movie ... introduce him with your beautiful female friends ... do such things which can show him that yeah there is lot more to do ... only his x gf marriage cant stop his life.

But even if he thinks that he can bring her back ... then you can do one thing ask that girl personally & tell her your friend situation ... If she is still interested in him ... then you guys can take some bhagmbhag steps (although I dont prefer ... I prefer Shahrukh Khan Style in DDLJ ... but he should not try ... otherwise bahut pitega) ...
