Ashutosh firstly you have to talk both of them and know it they both are love each other or not and after that when you realise that k they both realy love each other then you try to make close them and tel him to talk each other I think you have to do this.

You approach Neha and speak about the fact that Aditya likes her. On speaking it you will get some response and I think you are wise enough to read the expression out of the face. If the response is positive, you can act as intermediary between the two until the chapter of love arrangement is complete. If the response is negative, just speak it clear to Aditya and probably if it is in the early stage Aditya will draw himself back of the relationship.

I think you are the right person to help your friend. Invite both of them at your place for some party. I am sure the girl will accept your invitation since she knows you very well. Once they are at your place give both of them the privacy and chance to speak with each other. When they are talking with each other you can just pass an remark like "dear you two together look fantastic or like that sort" and move away from them. Tell your friend to open his heart about his feeling towards her or if he is hasitating then you help him out by talking indirectly to her about your friend feeling to her. And I am sure once she comes to know about his feeling towards her she will definately have the soft corner for him. Ultimately she might also think about your friend. So arrange the party as soon as possible so that both can come together.
