I think he want's some ........... relation with u. or may be he loves u but can't face society or his family? But in both reasons he does not deserve your love. Leave him. He would not be able to give u a good life in both situations.

Tell this lecher to decide fast. He has to take one option out of - either staying with you and marry you, else move out of your life. See which one he likes, and you have to be hard to give him these options. Life needs decisions, and they need to be taken if they are not coming naturally.
