Have some patient and control on your feelings, when she realize that you are her only best friend who understand her better than any one else she will comes to normalcy and start behaving nicely with you. Don't say anything to her or hurt her on such behaviour.

In case she feels that you are no longer with her, let her be told. You can move on and tell her that you want to move out of the relationship. And it is no harm to move on ... and hope for a prosperous tomorrow.

Do make her realize that friendship is important, and that you can't move ahead yourself in case she is not interested. If she has to indulge, she has to make an attempt. Else, you have no other way other than breaking up. So let her be careful next time.

Devendra, don’t presume friendship as an event of sports.
You like the girl. You claim her to be your best friend. But the girl, as you told, only talks when she has her interest; otherwise not.
