I love someone but although he says that hes interested, he doesn't act and it has been a year of me waiting for him - how do I get him to act and be serious? ?

What does the word 'act' mean here??Does he have to act and say that he loves you.? Grow up dear girl, i dont think he is intersted and has only said that so that you are not hurt. Maybe he did not want to be rude by saying that he is not intrested in you.but he showing this with his behavior.Read between lines and understand. He is not intrested in you, move on girl and stop wasting your life and emotions.
