Make sure before proposing that even that girl have the liking for you and also find out whether she had any other boyfriend. If you are sure about this then make the friendship with her, create the confidence, faith and trust about you in her mind, behave properly and like a gentleman, impress her and once you are sure that even she is having the liking for you then propose her saying . that, you have the interest in her and want to make her your life partner, ask her will she marry you? I am sure she will either say yes or will tell you to talk to her parent if she had the positive attitude about you in her mind.

In case you are in love, you should have at least spoken to her. How does she feel about the relation with you? and has she told you about such feelings? in case the answers are not positive, think twice, she may not be ready yet. I would prefer that you gauge such things before you go ahead with your proposal.

Most easiest way to propose is to talk straight ... as girls should get a feel that we, men, are not cowards to hide behind intermediaries. Also, we should be forthright and strong to absorb rejection in case it comes our way. We are men, after all. So, think over the relation. In case you feel that the time has come to propose her, do talk to her candidly. And let her also speak her minds out.

You will have to prepare for an interaction. Interaction is of two types. One is direct (personal, face to face) interaction and other is via media. In direct, interaction the pull (intention) of the girl could be to read to a great extent. Looking at her body language, you would be able to know how much the girl is attracted towards you, how much confidence she could earn on you, how much trust she could put on you. All these indications can be derived from the direct interaction.
But via media interaction is commenced through different (third party) means viz. messengers, telephones, letters, internet etc. In such interaction, to read the mind of the female is little difficult.
