You must wait for an opporuntiy. Keep in contact regularly and see if he likes you . Once you come to know he likes to be in yr company and loves to talk to you be with you , then you can slowly express liking for him and admire his good qualities. This will bring him closer to you

nice que. u asked . Most of girls face the same diffeculty.
You just meet with that boy in coffee shop or in any other ergetic place where any one feel happy i.e. any seasore or garden or any other famous natural place and softly tell him ur feelings and never use the line " I'll not live without you " just say him that u like the way he tell, he speacks, his style of doing any work different from others it's attaracts u. then lastly say " i'll think i fall inlove with you"
