Just keep a watch on her, find out where she stay and where she study, who are her friends etc. Then first make the friendship with her friend or even you can take help of your sisiter. better options for u to visit her frequently though u don't know her & talked to her. Once u will go daily she will have the attention that u go their daily . Like that she will come to know that u r also interested in walking. After that try to increase the looking scene into conversion one . once u speak to her most probaly she will not hesitate. . And after that the surrounding is urs & we will like to visit the same place

jst make know d friends she had,what does she like and then if some of her in ur contacts then u may have good chance.
but if this is not possible then u urself first laugh after seeing her whatever may be her reactions and slowly increase ur contacts.
