This is your hesitation that only the girls or girlfriends deceive the boys. Betraying may me from both, girls or boys. This is a conditional one. That means it depends up on the basics of friendships i.e. knowing and understanding each other, care, respect, security, loyalty, confidence and trust.

Yes few of the girls can give dhokha. Dhokha is given by the girl due to vaious reasons. Some of the girls like to enjoy life and greed for money and wealth. Such girls have many boy friends. Few after studying your behaiour and temper or the situation she might separate from you. FEw others due to family circumstance give away the love to other mate .

Not all or not always. Some girls do such thing if she find another boyfriend who is more wealthier than her current BF. There are other girls who are force to leave her BF due to situation like forcing her parent to leave him or forcibly make her to marry other boy, which the boy who loves her think that she has given dhoka to him.
