I suppose if the situation permits and it does not hamper their married life, one should speak them to his wife. As the truth to come open one day, why not he himself speak it to his wife. At first there may be some misunderstandings but later his wife will come normal and be happy at his action. Regarding sex with other women, I think it is better to keep to himself as it offends women a lot regarding her husband getting physical to someone else.

It depends. The marriage and the consequences of uttering such things should be taken into consideration. In case the wife is open minded and does not care too much about past, being honest is wisdom. However, if she doesn't appreciate them, please do not feel the urge for it. It is better to maintain the marriage more than the past acts.

No never he will never talk such thing to his future wife. By doing so he does not want to be in trouble. If he does so then his wife will never respect him. Every wife want their husband to her only and should/must enjoy the sex with her only for the first time. Keeping all future problem in their life even if the man had loved the other girl and had the sex with her it will be the secret in his heart forever as he is sure about that his previous girlfriend will never utter a word about it.I advice you not to do such silly mistake if you have gone through such situation.

if he want her wife to suffer mentally, doubt him in future and throw tantrum in small quarrels, he can talk about his past. but my suggestion is to forget the past,live in the present and think about the future.
