Hello friend,
Everything in this universie is bound by a simple principle "Circling". Every thing will be returned to the starting position. The clouds give water as rain and the water goes to the seas and the clouds got the water from the sea in the form of water vapour which is a cyclic process.The same is applied to any aspect like u said nude of a human.

But complete exposture of nudity is not acceptable and punishable under law. Public places must be portected from nudity ,Our Indian culture never accept or advocate such as nudity in public places .
