When you are in love you think about the person all the time, feel like meeting that particular person, want to spend more time, talk a lot at any time of the day. Will hate if the person you love talk or spend time with other. You start off your post with "I know" and end it with "how can I be sure?"...apparently you don't KNOW, if you aren't SURE.

Get over your insecurities as they will cause damage to your relationship eventually. Choose to trust him and relax and enjoy the ride...or choose to always wonder and make yourself miserable (because this is all you, it's got nothing to do with him).

Personally, I'd choose to enjoy it and take his actions and words at face value...unless you have some solid reason to think he's being untruthful. To find out if he really loves you ask one of you girl friends to flirt with him just a little and if he flirts back he might be playing you just a little.
