If you want to propose any one, you better think about this--watch her closely to get her non-verbal gestures. If she is inclined towards you, she will definitely send some signals. Try to understand those. Basically gals don't all the time say verbally their feeling. But if you can't get that. Try to tell with her directly after making a gaining ground in her mind that you love her and what you have planned in future. Remember always choose a positive atmosphere to tell that.
