Don't propose her whereever you meet. Ask her for dinner or lunch. And than spaek your mind to her. It is always better to express your feelings as early as possible. Otherwise you may get too late. So, dare to propose her as soon as possible.

If you want to propose your best friend then it is very easy for you to do so. Just invite her to your usual meeting place. Just talk the way two talk and discuss. be as normal as usual. while talking to her make your face serious and tell her that you want to ask her something serious. You need the answer from her. Before she could ask you what it is, hold her hand and say" mmmm I am interested in you and loves you very much. I am proposing you. Will you accept my proposal?" How are you my friend ?? Well before explaining your feelings to her make sure she also have kind of feelings for you as well ... otherwise ... its quite possible that you will loose your friends ... or if not loose then there may be chances of distance ...

Well ... love change body language of every person who is in love ... not only body language ... the way they talks ... so my friend ... you just have to see these kind of symptoms is prevailing on your girl or not ... if yes ... then why dont you ask direct ... whether she loves you or not ... but only after if you got the clear hints ...
