A relation can't happen without talking. Love is not like a painting which only one draws ... and the other sees. You need to experience the feeling, and the other has to reciprocate it. The introvert nature should not be an excuse not to talk.

Feel free to interact with her ... and let her also open her mind out. You two are trying to make a lifelong relation, and please do not feel this can be done in silence. Talk to her ... and understand what she is thinking about you. Only if two hearts are ready, then only think of love.

For a relation or a friendship both the boy and the girl should talk, know and understand each other. That intimacy paves the way for earning confidence and trust. During the course of meting, one can easily indicate his/her approach and make a good relation of friendship.
Now, in your case, if you cannot come out of your reserved and introvert ness then communication would hamper leading giving wrong message. Without talking to her i.e. with your body language it is not going to help the thing.
You will have to express your love to your love.

to the most talkative of people, love can cause tongue tiedness. the best way is to speak honestly and matter of factly to her. in case you do not wish to speak to her, you can write and express ur feelings to her in a letter. you can also enlist the support of a friend to act as a mediator, though ideal remains to speak yourself.
while speaking to the girl, look straight in her eyes and speak briefly expressing how you feel. being an introvert doesnt mean you cannot speak well. in case you cant speak to the girl on her face, you can also call her and tell her on the phone.

Time and tide wait for none and it is the wise person who moves and grows from one situation to the next situation in life.If you have not been able to do salvage a past relationship till now ,maybe it was never meant to be and maybe you did not will it to be ,whatever the circumstances the mere fact that life has moved on and you are stagnating and feeling miserable about it tells you that either you finally talk to her to end your misery or move on to better prospects in life .it serves no purpose to sit and moon and sulk and waste your time ,emotions and life.Being introvert is not a great quality ,it shows a lack of faith in your self and your abilities,and believe me no woman likes a man who is not confident and sure of himself.so stand up and speak out in definite terms and try to get an answer to your problem .at least you will know your position from where you can make a definite move either she will say yes or no ,in any case you will get an answer and will peacefully continue with you life doing other positive things which make you happy.

Give time to ur self , indulge in various activities and u know the more u think the her the more u will become sadder
Spend more time wid ur fam / frends , express ur thoughts to ppl so that u culd feel better
may sure u dont give her a impression that u still want her even if u do , thori der tak jus dun talk to her
