There is no hard and fast rule as to how you would kiss your GF on the first time. There can be ways to do it, but then how can you guarantee that such a circumstance will be applicable to you and your lady.

Be normal, and natural. And don't yearn for the kiss to happen. Sometimes, it is the urge of a man that kills the mood of the sensual feeling. Let the lady get the passion to do it. You can at best encourage her with your feelings and words. Rest is on her. In case she wants to do it, she will kiss you the best way you two are made of. Leave the rest to time!

Just lift her face up and keep your lips on her lips slowly then press it and once she response for your kiss you can hold her in your arm.

You cannot make an elaborate preparation for a kiss your girlfriend. If both of you love and confident to each other, simply give her a tenderly kiss. Most of the time what you propose make not materialised.

There is no thumb rule as to how and where to kiss your gf. Its you and only you who can decide when the moment is right for it.
If you feel like kissing her.... just go ahead and be rest assured you, she is going to like it too. She may not tell you, but maybe she wants you to kiss her as badly as you want to kiss her... :-)

If you two would happen to be sitting next together (like watching a movie together) then it would be very cute to catch her eye, then gently use her chin to tilt her head back and kiss her... then you could judt hold her in your arms, and it would all just be quite adorable and romantic
