The girl is your friend. If it is so then how the girl became your friend without being impressed.
That is why I always say that most of the young boys and girls confuse the concept of friendship.
We need someone to share our deepest secrets. That someone is the friend. Faithfulness, loyalty and trust are keys to friendship. Without them, we often feel betrayed, left out, and lonely. In friendship, there is no backbiting, no negative thoughts, no turning away.
True friendship requires certain accountability. Real friends encourage one another and forgive one another where there has been an offense. Genuine friendship supports during times of struggle. Friends are dependable. In true friendship, unconditional love develops. We love our friends no matter what and we always want the best for our friends.
You may make friendship with any body, with a boy or a girl, no doubt. A friendship is a relation between two individuals (may be a boy and a girl or a man and a woman) with unique blend of affection, loyalty, love, respect, trust and loads of fun. This is describes as the true meaning of friendship. With similar interests, mutual respect, care and concern, both share their feelings. That relation develops a strong attachment with each other. These general traits of a friendship come from knowing and understanding each other. Thereafter both get confidence on each other. The girl or woman feels secured with the boy/man. And that security produces trust on each other.
Trust is the vital factor of friendship which determines its longevity. To experience what is friendship, one must have true friends, who are indeed rare treasure.
If you feel that your girlfriend is still not impressed on you then takes care of the above aspects. I hope she would now become your real friend.
