There is no harm actually doing the masturbation since masturbation is an act to stimulate once sexual urge. But if you want to have the maximum satisfaction from masturbation then do it once in a week and do it slowly by stopping the act in between so that it will last long and you will get more satisfaction.

Well dude, mastrubation is something that you can do in order to satisfy your sexual urge. You mastrubate only if you get satisfaction from it so it is obvious that you get satisfaction whenever you mastrubate.
