Whatever you have in mind go and propose her. if she also have the interest in you she will aceept your proposal and if she had some one in her mind then she will cooly say so. In case you feel you can't tell her, then let the feelings do the talking for some more time. Until, she can feel your pulse and attraction to give you her indication. In case she does not give any, then you are assured, she does not love you. Howz that?
