in real life, not all first love are considered as true love...
true love last forever and first love is when you feel the emotions of being in love for the first time and this happen usually during puberty..i think that true love can be forgotten depending on the persons emotional side..

well i think first love is true love ............as one says love at fisrt sight ..love starts with eye cross and exchange of thoughts thru air and speaking thru eyes ................and also i can say one thing that if it is true love .............then it is preety hard to forget also ......
