i wont say thats its an obsession but more like an attraction or the need to have someone in your life
i suggest that you find someone in your actual life
and if you dont find that person so easily then just wait for the him to come to you :)

Yes, I myself is in such a relation which is existing for the last six years or so. Both of we know that we will never meet each others in future and still continuing our relationship. This is because we find some special emotional attachement and lots of positivity in our relationship. We were friends first and later our relationship turned to be love. I am in India and the guy is at Poland. We always share an hour of intimacy which includes our daily doings and all.
