You say that she's interested in you but you don't know that wheather she loves you or not. You didn't mentioned that how she is interested in you. You say that she calls you late at night. By this you can say that she likes you. No you want to know that does she loves you or not.

For that you can ask her to come on a date with you. If she tells you that i cannot go on a date with you as you are not my boyfriend, say that we can go a friendly date. Then try to know about her feeling about you. Ask her what qualities you would like in a boyfriend.

Rajinikanth, you say you are always close to her. As you said she has interest in you also. She used to call you even late at night. But till today you have not propose to her. The entire situation makes me confused how being so closed to the girl; you could not express your feeling to her.

However, if you want to know her mind, you will have to prepare for an interaction-plan. Interaction is of two types. One is direct (personal, face to face) interaction and other is via media. In direct, interaction the pull (intention) of the girl could be to read to a great extent.
From her body language you would be able to know how much the girl is attracted towards you, how much confidence she has on you, how much trust she could put on you. All these indications can be derived from the direct interaction.
But via media interaction is commenced through different (third party) means viz. messengers, telephones, letters, internet etc. In such interaction, to read the mind of the female is little difficult.

Now, to know her, in the situation narrated above, give her some time. Thereafter, you show your eagerness to listen her. Encourage and pursue her to speak out. If she breaks the ice, during her interaction and body language you would get your much waited signal, probably the green signal.

Just the fact that she is calling you late at nights does not give you the reason that she is in love with you. And from what you are suggesting, you too are not attracted either. Leave the proposal part for now, and allow the relation to mature (if any) so that you are also free to clarify your position vis-a-vis this relation.

Most certainly, she is not yet clear to you. And in case this is the situation, it is always beneficial to watch a little longer and then proceed. You will benefit this way! All the best!!

Yes since she talks and calls you late nights she has interest in you. But you must not hurry up and proposed tp her. Yu must wait for some time when it is riped. Keep your relation closer and express your care and concern for her. Let her know that you care for her want her safety and security which will bring her closer to you, Then you must prosose to her and she will definitely accept your proposal .

Late night calls can never mean she loves u...she can take u as one of her good frnds...C dude that u have to ask her as she is the best person who can ans this ques well...

If you are sure about and when she has clear to you last night about her liking in you then there won't be any harm in proposing her.
