No,the girl cant do anything legaly,wat will u do,will u file some case in the court against the boy,then the law will not only blame the boy only but d girl also,coz whatever happened is done by both of u,and also boy isn't bound 2 marry the girl,there is no such law in india,the boy may refuse the girl dat whatever happened he is not responsible for that,den wat the girl will do,so wats wise in not doing abortion,y the girl is keeping sumthing wid her,which isn't hers,the girl can do only 2 things,1 she can do abortion,or find sumone else and marry who is ready 2 accept in this condition alone.

yes girl can take legal action against the boy
bt she'll have to prove it that she is pregnant b'coz of that boy(whomsoever she is blaming) and that can be known by going through some medical tests.like D.N.A etc
