tie the person.uske haath aur leg ko sahin se tie up karo.
phir use chalte hue nal ke neeche rakho(put him under running tap).dnt remember he is a human b'couz abhi hum use check kar rahe hain.
haan to agar woh galiyaan deta hai(if he starts calling names)toh samjho ki woh normal insaan hai(then it is proved that he is a human).but if he sits still.then no doubts he is filling his empty brain with tap water.....
then you know who is he...........................

WHEN I MEET PEOPLE I SAID THAT BALTI IS USE FOR HOME WORK BALTI WILL ALWAYS HAVE IN IT WATER ALL TIME AND BALTI BOLTI NAHI HAI.

if a person tries to show off too much .......he does not have any good personality but still he boasts a lot then he is a balti.......or if a person's attitude is not good & not liked by anyone but he doesnt realise it then he is a balti
