I would not like to see a lot of virtues. Instead, I would need that the partner thinks it a point to believe in fair debates, share burdens and care for life both for in-laws and selves. Life, for both, should be based on understanding each other more than showering of all things positive!

firstly he must b smart enough to handle situations
secondly he must b tolerable 2wards his wife, if she nags knowin' dat his wife loves him very much
thirdly he must b very frank n shud not give a chance to any kind of suspicion in his wife's mind
