Well its quite simple..Ask him wether you really love me or not? If he says yes ask him to arrange for a register marriage or tell him that you want to meet his parents. Most cases parents won't oppose their children's decision.
Tell your parents also that you love this guy and ask them to discuss with the boys parents.
Well to be frank most of the time boys will be flirting but if he really loves you he will definitely agree to do the above.
Otherwise just dump him or you can flirt with him and later dump him.
