me and my friend have followed a plan where you can target your tummy with spending hours in the gym. i think this will be suitable for you short term i follow it when i have indulged a bit too much and get my weight back down when i'm done i go back to my normal daily routine . i target my stomach excellent it got flatter each day i lost between 9-11 lbs in 11 days. i think you would benefit from this short term and you will lose this if you follow the rules. good luck and if you need any advise on this plan feel free to ask as i'm helping a lot of people loss weight at the moment i have started a group on face bok where i answer questions on this diet . if you want more information go here for more advise http://www.swurl.cc/104/

1. Use it everyday in the morning for about 45 minutes. If you don't do it everyday, the effectiveness decreases.

2. Use it while reading email, and using the internet. Time goes by quickly and you lose weight while surfing.

3. Do not use in highest setting, since it might create a minor burn. Just be careful.

Dont believe any belts, machines please do believe in yourself, do regular exercise
and yogas if you are interested in yogas gofor yogasanas , there are specific yoga
poses for tummy trimming, if you interested in exercises goto any gim.
