ok you must do this things if you plan to reduce your weight
get up from the bed at sharp 6 am just walk for 30 mts continusoly carry a small bottle of water with you (if you need)
try to drink water as much as you can
always eat vegetarin foods
completely avoid non-veg , bakery items, all kinds of oily food
for breakfast drink one glass of pure cow milk and 2 peices of bread or 2 chappathis
in the gaps dont eat anything
for lunch drink one glass of water first then have your lunch eat only 2 chapathhis and vegtable curry
dont drink tea or coffee always try to use goat milk or cow milk
eat fuirts and salads and for dinner eat 2 chappthis and some veg curry
before going to bed drink 2 glass of water
do this for 2-3 months and your weight will reduce you will become more healthy
pls dont' hesistate to do this
