The best time to practise yoga is before breakfast in the morning.yoga can be practised at any time of day, except within two-three hours after mealssee steps ----to reduce the fat of stomach n thighs...1. Lay on ground or bed or which ever place lets you lay down 2. Start moving your legs the we do in cycle. Do it 50 times by taking breaks if needed after 20 cycling movements.3. Repeat cycling
