how can i reduce the weight of my thighs?

exercise for reducing fat from your thighs is, doing a standing jog to warm your body and then go for a walk.....walking should not be strolling in leisure but serious sprint walk.....I am sure this will help.....cycling is good but very time consuming, and it will make your thighs firm and muscular instead of reducing fat.....so the choice is completely yours....Spot fat reductions requires discipline

hi .. drink green tea after every meal whnever u have... this can release ur toxins and will make blood circulation better.. for thighs u can do squats its the best exercise for reducing thighs mins of cross trainer If cross trainer isnt there, 25 mins cycling and 35 mins treadmill Once you start losing weight , you can opt for a higher time in cycling or treadmill. Reduce cross trainer slowly
