Start walking... change ur lifestyle a bit... for e.g, cover short distances by walking, control ur diet, do some exercises, try to avoid lift as much as possible... walking is very important.... keep the body in motion ... it will take time but it will give u guaranteed result....
Try it out urself... don't go for medicines, and others... first try uurself... join gym later if u want... but unless u give ur efforts, u can't lose...
