the legally rights is in favour of elder brothers kids. younger brother or his family have no legally right. We have to see what will has been made by decessed person. That has most important role. If he has mentioned some portion (i.e. 25%) for younger brother then he will get share of 25% only. In 25% 3 girls have right only after his death without making any will. In short every where will has most important role.
