Yeah, you arfe right the dowry law is grossly being misused. I am a lawyer by profession. I think that the law relating to dowry requires complete reformation. It should be remodelled to meet the present day requirement.

No not at all.But men are also misusing their rights in the rest of the country.I dont support it but the law was made for rural dowry problem its been exploited by the urban informed female to her benefit.
