ur insurance company, only if u hv an insorance of ur car, thy will pay u for deriver ,car and injored person. insorance of a normal car 4 a year i 1300-2000Rs per year.

every vehicle is insured against any kind of damage like collision or accident..
the insurence is of 2 types
1- ist party (it covers you and your vehicle)
2 third party(it covers the third person or vehicle which i affected)

so if there was an accident u can claim the insurence and for this u have 2 talk 2 d person or company which insured u

hi, if you have insured your car and volved in an accident, then the insurance company should pay for the repair of your car as well as for your medical treatment. note that different insurance companies have different rules and you should adhere to it.
