whenever special resolution is passed in a company it is must to send this form to the ROC WITHIN 30 DAYS. otherwise the resolution is not treated as passed.

It depand on in which regard. But in regarding of u.p trade tax it is for perrmision to import goods from other statefor individual

You are simply asking as 'Form-32'. I do not know under which Act you are asking this question. Nobody can answer this question unless you state specifically the Act under which you require this information. I am remembering it that it may be 'particulars of Directors in a Company to be submitted' under the Companies Act.
