When an Divorce Decree is granted Ex Parte, that is, when that is made when that party was absent,a Petition or motion is made to such Court to Set aside such Decree,usually on that Party paying some costs to the other Party. If the above is not the case, then such motion means,an Appeal is made to a higher Court to set aside such Decree.
