. arvind gupta...i will get it...if this son is married then law is says this property is his wife or is unmarried then this property is his parents...offcourse father bcz he is the karta of family ..........as hadnt married...father...FATHER...beta apne papa se puchna...well as per the law the father has the right to property if hes alive..nd he has the right to decide whom the property goes to...else half

Moreover, you must be young enough and your father in law and never pay any attention to his activities. That will be the best solution...It is quite common. I feel the principle to be kept in mind is that he is not your father-in-law but somebody much senior to you
