agar husband ki death ke baad wife ne dobara marriage ki hai or uska beta hua hai to bhi us bete ka us lady ke pehle husband ki property me koi right nahi hai..................haan par us lady ko uska share jarur milega jo ki uske pehle husband ki property me hoga..........or usme uske bete ka bhi right hoga..........but wo bhi agar uske father ne uske naam pe will ki ho..........ya fir wo bina will kiye chale gaye hon or share sabme equally bata ho..........

It is not going to affect your share.

Child of your widow mother after her remarriage will have share only in her share from the parental property and not in complete parental property.

if the son is a minor, he will have a share in it
if the son is s a major, the property of mother upon marriage will be distributed in the ratio decided by the court on the request
