first complaint to customer care of ur mobile service operator and if the calls still comiing to u then report a FIR at the nearest police station . simple as that

In order to solve this poblem easily, you may cancel your mobile phone connection and apply for another number. You should tell your number only with the persons with whom you expect message. If gradually your number is known to others after some months, then you should again cancel your mobile and buy another phone with another number.

When U get calls/sms from strangers store them & head to the nearest police station in ur area. Either speak to the inspector/ sub-inspector & show them the calls/sms recd., they would call those Tele.No. on ur mobile & warn them to not to call again or they would take action against them. After this warning U would not get the calls & even if U get them again after the warning, repeat the complaint, this would stop them. Good Luck !

you can contact to your area police station and lodge a first information report giving the phone number of the culprit and giving the inappropriate content which is send to you as a proof .
