Wat accordng to u, is the main drawback of smooth functioning of law & order situation in India( terorrist attacks)? Govt.or lack of public support,or diverity.

Well benju its a failure of complete system that includes you,me ,govt.,police,intelligence services.
Police can't be everywhere,so we need to alert.Intelligence service are to slow as compare to other developing countries.Govt. is responsible for its citizen but i don't think so they are.Every part of the system need to help each other in order to make our country safe.
Alertness by public,supporting the police,police taking serious actions,police maintaining their faith in people,fast and accurate information flow between intelligence services,government also needs to take some serious actions.Responsibility should be fixed for all.

Interference of Political parties,through Government,makes Police the puppets of Government.The enormous delay in Court proceedings and the huge population and few law enforcing authorities are also other reasons.

Terrorism is not confined to India only but its a global phenomenon, so no matter how good the law & order situation is with alertness of Intelligence agencies, still they strike all over. Unless all are united to weed out this menace by stopping the illegal arms supply they lay hands on & nip them before they strike.
