its very simple you can go to consumer forum and file a case against them or you can file a civil suit in
high court or you can simply lodge a complaint in reserve bank of India with all your proofs proving your ground.

you can sue in consumer court in your city . it is simple, attached your paper in your favor and give a simple written application on the plain paper . You can also consult with any lawyer too.

Even am trying for it. there are certain rules by reserve bank and we can get a stay order from paying if u engage a good lawyer.
