Special Courts are created to expedite speedy disposal of cases involving Terrorisam.The Unlawful (Prevention )
Activities Act is applied to such cases and after the repeal of TADA(Terrorism and Disruptive Practices Act) there is no law on the subject!!

In India constitution is not yet provided provisions for fast n speedy applicable laws so far. Even the effective laws also not using in appropriate way, because of our politicians.

not yet b coz they all were govern by cr.p.c. nd the procedure or criminal law is very slow

see dear blame it to political compulsions or lack of will of our leaders or some thing else we have no strict law to deal with terrorism currently .
