Physical possession means you actually possess an object,say a house, by being physically living in the house. If you dont live in your house and one of your well wisher lives in that house not as a tenant,you still possess your house under "Constructive Possession",though you are not physically present in that house.

Physical possession means physically occupying an immovable property. Constructive possession means the owner of immovable property is not physically occupying the immovable property, but he/ she has retained his/ her control over that property.
