There is no system of token numbers etc. This can always be altered. They are the biggest crooks in India without keeping any accounts and not paying the correct amount of taxes. The Finance Ministry should develop some systems to know the amounts collected by each doctor by way of consulting charges, cuts from Radiologists/Pathologists, operating charges and very many other way of making money. I call them crooks - because - they started steal various organs from patients. Suggest operation theatres must have closed circuit cameras to catch these crooks.
