For starting a trust you have to formulate the objects of trust. Trust deed have to prepared. You have to appoint trustees and set out the terms and conditions for smooth running of the trusrt. Trust deed shall have to be registered with the Sub-Registrar of the area concerned. There has to be a corpus of the trust means some amount or valuable security. i'll at first shower on u praises for the concern u have for the society.keep your spirit up.
as far as u'r question,trust has to be registered,otherwise it won't get the benefits of being a trust,.u r a student,okay, that is immaterial to be a trustee,u can be a trustee,but u must have financial background of all the members very strong,good luck and be sure to inform me about u'r progress.
