in govt service it is not allowed but in pvt service legally not allowed but they can

i hav read various articles about this issue and even in india, it is nt considered legal 2 fire a person just becuz he/she is HIV infected.. i hav also seen a bollywood movie phir milenge raising d same issue and d HIV infected girl(played by shilpa shetty) finally wins d case.. dis movie also speaks agnst dis issue.. so according 2 me, its not legal..

No .No employer can do that . I think supreme court has a judgement to that effect.There is a Human Right group working on this.They can provide legal assistance to you.If you want judgement of the supreme court on this issue I can provide it to you.But meanwhile,just check if the office of Human Right Law Net work is any where near you.They have a huge net work all over the country.If you need further information I can give.I can get in touch with my friends in HRLN in Mumbai and get back to you. jpuntamba@hotmail.com

either ur co-workers dont know by which hiv transmits.then believe that they are dump of the society doesnt having any new knowledge.then why r u timepassing with them?socho they are pare-likhe gawar.

There is no logic of doing this.
As HIV can only be spread through blood contact with the infected person, or sharing the same niddle for siringe with an infected person or geting physical relationship without precautions, and if nothing of these things i hope donot happen during a execution of any job, HIV can not be spread,.

It is only a contemptible move for any employer.

DEPENDS ON THE COUNTRY YOU ARE IN. IN SOME FOREIGN COUNTRIES, THE COURT HAS MADE MANDATORY TO INCLUDE ANTI HIV DISCRIMINATION CLAUSE.
