It's always better to forgive or what? If some body hurts u like anything...then can u forgive him?  

My perceptions
1. You forgive others; but do not forgive yourself. The decision and act of forgiving is at your disposal. You may forgive or may not.
If you forget others, later on you will enjoy immense pleasure for that. But if you forgive yourself now for an act, for which you should not have forgiven; your future will not forgive you. You will have to regret for that later on.
2. If some body hurts you like anything; you can forgive him. But you not forgive him also. But keep in mind that forgiveness is the wisest virtue. There is no substitute for forgiveness. It is, ob course, very difficult to compromise with the situation you have narrated (forgiving , if somebody hurts like anything ). But, good result of a tough exam is sweeter. It is like the pleasure, one acquires at the top of the Mount Everest, after conquering it through the toughest time and ordeals during entire rout in climbing.
Now the decision is waiting in your court.

- Forgiving is good for your health. Studies show that people who forgive report fewer health problems while people who blame others for their troubles have a higher incidence of illness such as cardiovascular disease and cancers.

- Forgiving is good for your peace of mind. Scientific research shows that forgiveness often improves your peace of mind. A 1996 study showed that the more people forgave those who hurt them, the less angry they were.

- Two studies of divorced people show that those who forgave their former spouse were healthier emotionally than those who chose not to forgive. The forgivers had a higher sense of well being and lower anxiety and depression.

yaar ye legal section hai,pyaar mohabbat ka nahin,as far u'r question is concerned, it seems tumne pyaar mein dhokha khaya hai,raat mein 11 baje radiomirchi par Loveguru ko phone karke pooch lo,please don't bore us with these emotional statements.kanoon mein emotions ka koi maainey nahin.

you forgive not for him but for your own sack if you forgive then your heart will be cleaned and you will be getting rid of hypertention etc
