constitution is for the welfere ov people. so you can introduce only dat things which are faal in public interest. dont make constitution a fun.

I have not heard of anything called RECAL. But i think we should have some more condition precedent to make a candidate eligible for election.So that becoming a politician is about the work you do and not by your scams and contrversies.
