Laws relating to driving licenses differ from state to state. But in most states, there is no particular procedure, but the general process would be as follows:
The holder of a driver's license shall, except in the case of a temporary absence not involving a change of residence for a period exceeding three months, report any change of his temporary or permanent address as given in the license to the Licensing Authority by whom the license was issued or last renewed.
You will have to get a new license issued or the older one renewed, with the changed new address, by the Regional License Authority.
